Technical divers in Perth, Western Australia use BelowJS to bring underwater archaeology to the public. Their team has documented 15 historic wrecks from depths of 40-120m, creating detailed 3D models. With their refined photogrammetry process and BelowJS, they can share wrecks in VR within days of diving. WreckSploration VR is hosted on their own server, and they prefer 1 million polygon, 4K texture models for the highest detail possible. It is built as a PWA for offline access during outreach programs and snappier loading of large model files.
